How to Shop
Would you like to shop but don’t know how? No problem!
Below, we’ve prepared a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the entire process — from choosing a product, adding it to your shopping cart, filling in the necessary details, and successfully completing your order.

So, how do you shop?
Shopping begins with choosing a product.
You can find all available products in the top left corner of the page under “E-Shop.” After clicking on E-Shop, you’ll see the full range of products you can choose from, as well as two subcategories: “Wooden Puzzles” and “Wooden Decorations.” Clicking on one of these will display only the products in that category.
Once you’ve found a product you’d like to purchase, here’s what to do next:

Select the size under the product name, next to the heading “VARIANT.” Simply click “choose variant” and select from the available options (sizes Jack, Queen, King). If the product comes in only one size, just click the shopping cart icon.

Click the shopping cart icon to add the product to your cart. You can then continue browsing and adding more products to your cart.

Once you’ve selected everything you want, you can review your purchase by clicking the cart icon in the top right corner. There, you’ll see all selected products. You can increase or decrease quantities, or remove items from the cart if you’ve changed your mind. You can also continue shopping by clicking “Return to shop” in the top left corner.

If you’re ready to finish your purchase, simply click “CONTINUE” in the bottom right corner of the cart.

Choose your preferred shipping and payment method by clicking on the available options. Then click “CONTINUE” again.

The page “Your Information” will appear. Fill in your personal and billing details needed for delivery. Be sure to double-check the information, as the next step will finalize your order.

Confirm your order by clicking “SUBMIT ORDER WITH PAYMENT OBLIGATION.”

The “ORDER CONFIRMATION” page will appear, and a confirmation email will also be sent to the address you provided.
Your order is now complete, and you can look forward to receiving your product. From this moment, everything is in our hands.
When can you expect your order?
Products IN STOCK
All items marked as in stock are physically available and ready for fast delivery.

Orders placed before 10:00 AM are shipped the same working day.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM are shipped the next working day.
Depending on when you order, you’ll receive your package either the next working day or within two working days.
Products MADE TO ORDER
All items marked as made to order are produced as quickly as possible after your purchase.

Production takes 2–4 working days, including dispatch.

Delivery usually follows within 3–5 working days from the date of order.
Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, please note that we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by our shipping partners.
