Shipping and Payment
Our goal is to make the process from ordering to delivery as short as possible. That’s why all orders placed on working days before 10:00 AM are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM are shipped the next working day.
Carriers declare that shipments received on a working day are delivered on the next working day.
Based on this, for products marked IN STOCK, we offer delivery within 1–2 working days from the order date.
Products marked MADE TO ORDER are put into production only after your order is placed. By ordering, you give us the incentive to prioritize production of your chosen product. We strive to manufacture and ship these products as quickly as possible, with dispatch taking place no later than seven working days after the order.
For orders over €55, you get selected shipping and payment within Slovakia for free!

We currently cooperate with Slovenská Pošta, Packeta, and DPD. We can deliver your order anywhere within Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and the entire European Union.

Courier company DPD
When choosing delivery via DPD, you are selecting the comfort of having your package delivered directly to your address. You will be notified of the approximate delivery time by text message, and during the actual delivery, a DPD courier will contact you by phone.

Slovak Post
When choosing delivery via Slovak Post (Registered 1st Class Letter), you are selecting express delivery to your address for small packages. If the package is larger, a Slovak Post worker will leave a notice in your mailbox informing you that the parcel has been stored at your local post office. You will then have 13 working days to collect it.

Packeta – Z-Point Pick-up Locations
When choosing delivery via Packeta Z-Point, you are selecting delivery to your chosen Packeta Z-Point pick-up location. You can collect your parcel at a time that suits you best. Delivery to the selected pick-up point will be notified to you via SMS and email, which will also include the opening hours of the location and payment options (cash or card) unless you have already paid in advance.
