Our wooden puzzles are handcrafted in Slovakia from high-quality birch plywood. Birch naturally encourages deeper focus and greater hand sensitivity, stimulating fine motor skills and coordination between mind and hands. Its higher density and strength provide a more refined tactile experience, enhancing concentration and precision during assembly.
When selecting materials, we prioritize the highest quality. We use a 3 mm thickness to achieve elegance and a subtle 3D effect. For an even more refined appearance and a smooth tactile feel, each piece is hand-sanded in at least four stages.
The puzzles are printed using advanced UV technology, which gives the final artwork vibrant, radiant colors that are resistant to scratching during normal handling, water exposure, and sunlight (they will not fade).
For perfectly fitting joints, each puzzle is cut with hairline precision using laser technology. This ensures exceptional detail and clean edges, allowing the puzzle to fully express its message of growth, joy, and beauty — both in the immersive experience of assembling it and in the lasting memory created when you admire the displayed masterpiece born from our shared effort.
